His professional journey spans significant roles in research and development within the software and printing industry, leading him to his current position as the Director of Software Development at a leading Chinese firm in the printing industry.

Ilias’ aspirations extend beyond the acquisition of knowledge; he is preparing for advanced leadership roles and the entrepreneurial leap. "Upon graduation, I aim to deepen my understanding of interpersonal dynamics and be fully prepared for C-suite roles," says Ilias. His MBA journey is focused on mastering business strategy, negotiation, and problem-solving, essential skills for leading in today’s dynamic business environment.
